Tools to Pop and Press a Variety of Shapes
To create a Presto Dot creature, simply follow the illustrated instructions. First select a body form and snap it onto a base. Then roll out white Model Magic to cover the body form. Though the instructions suggest using only white, our testers found the tub of white model magic may not be adequate to cover all six forms. If you run out of white, simply switch to another color. Once the base is covered with Model Magic, next comes the really fun part: adding Presto Dot shapes.

This kit includes seven tools for forming and pressing the Model Magic material onto the form. Five shape tools and two mini-shape tools offer a wide range of creative possibilities. Five shape inserts allow crafters to imprint each dot with a shape. Our testers found imprints give each dot a finished, uniform look, and the imprint tools are especially handy for adding details like eye pupils and nostrils. Using the tools takes some practice, but once kids get the hang of it, it's hard to stop!
